  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of IT procedures and configurations.
  • Partner with senior IT staff to support system upgrades and continuous improvements.
  • Facilitate onboarding by configuring user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
  • Manage helpdesk inquiries and escalate complex technical problems when appropriate.
