Your role at BRE

This role will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of IT and non-IT projects across BRE, ranging from enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to smaller bespoke developments and traditional change projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved to time, cost, and quality.
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to suit project needs.
  • Manage project budgets and reporting for initiatives ranging from hundreds of thousands to multi-million values.
  • Coordinate and direct cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
  • Ensure planned benefits are realised and embedded across the organisation.
  • Maintain clear communication and engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Contribute to BRE’s wider portfolio of change and transformation projects, supporting organisational performance and revenue growth.
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience leading complex IT and non-IT projects, including enterprise-wide digital transformation.
  • Strong track record of delivering business systems projects (ERP, CRM, financial systems).
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and their practical application.
  • Ability to manage budgets and project investments at scale, with commercial awareness.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Professional project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP, AgilePM).
  • Familiarity with project and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Agresso, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, DXP) is desirable.
  • Experience delivering eCommerce or digital platform projects and applying MVP approaches is an advantage.

Work Location Options

Fully Remote – This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK. However, there may be travel required to our Watford based office 1-2 times per year.
