A leading housing sector organization is recruiting for a Contract IT Programme Manager to oversee complex property technology implementations. This role requires strong programme leadership and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT connectivity and managing multi-supplier environments. The position offers autonomy and the opportunity to lead transformation initiatives within housing services. The contract is for 3 months with a market rate of approximately £560 per day, and is mostly remote with occasional site visits in the UK.
We are recruiting a Contract IT Programme Manager for a housing-sector organisation undertaking a complex programme of property technology technical infrastructure implementations and upgrades. This includes connectivity around systems such as boiler monitoring and management solutions, warden-call / connected safety systems, and wider estate-based technical infrastructure that integrates with central applications and call-centre environments.
This is a senior delivery role requiring a strong blend of programme leadership, connectivity technical IT understanding, and stakeholder management across operational, property and technology teams.

c£560 per day outside IR35.
Mid January 2026
Remote. Must be UK based as occasional need to visit client site in London and Northern UK.
