IT Infrastructure analyst urgently required for my client in Swindon.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing troubleshooting, system support, and guidance to staff.
• Provide hands-on support and technical engagement around MS 365, both on prem and cloud.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT support role and strong hands-on infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS, Office 365, basic networking, and SharePoint.
