Qualifications

  • Full Clean Manual UK driving license is essential.

Overview

We are looking for an IT Field Engineer to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:



Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Service Desk and Implementation teams to provide tailored technical support and professional services.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues; implement systems and technologies to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Deliver onsite (90%) and remote (10%) support, troubleshooting Windows devices, mobile tech, and networking equipment; familiarity with Apple systems is a plus.

  • Maintain accurate records and escalate unresolved cases.

  • Visit client sites, manage workload to meet SLAs, and uphold professionalism.

  • Pursue certifications and continuously develop skills while adhering to company values: Get Sh*t Done, Always Improving, Do What We Promise, Do the Right Thing, Strive for More and Stronger Together.

Requirements


  • Full Clean Manual UK driving license is essential

  • Strong communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Administering Microsoft Active Directory, AD-Sync, Intune & Office 365

  • Familiarity with Apple devices and operating systems is a plus.

  • Experience working on PC and laptops, including Windows/Mac installations and internal part replacements.

  • Comp TIA, Relevant Apprenticeship or higher education

  • People centric approach & service

  • Competent with Windows desktop & application support

  • Tablet and mobile device support

  • Basic network troubleshooting incl. ping and trace route

  • An understanding of razorblue\'s business, clients and the market it works in

  • Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues.
