A conservation organization in Swindon is looking for an IT Engineer specializing in Vulnerability Management to collaborate with security teams and ensure the protection of critical systems. The role requires experience with cloud technologies and vulnerability management, alongside excellent communication skills. The position involves working on-site at the main office and has flexibility for remote work. IT Engineer - Vulnerability Management you'll be part of a collaborative IT Operations environment, working closely with Security Operations and Hosting teams to identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities across critical business systems.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
You'll be using your IT infrastructure skills and understanding of security vulnerabilities to help the Trust stay well-informed about security threats. Your keen interest in the use of all things tech will be employed to keep abreast of the latest technologies, whether that be infrastructure, cloud hosting, networks or security.
