  • IT Asset Management including IT asset allocation and stock levels.
  • Using the ServiceNow configuration management database.
  • Coordination of local joiners and leavers.
  • Contract Management for Digital Services contracts.
  • Performing local digital activities.
  • Software Licensing management and renewal.
  • Desktop Management.
  • Procurement of technical equipment.
  • Project management of technical procurement projects.
  • General office management and support.

An global organisation anIT Asset Specialistto take on a range of activities within the Newcastle office.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating digital service activities and be involves in asset, licence, contract and supplier management. Day to day responsibilities of this role will include:
  • IT Asset Management including IT asset allocation, stock levels, replenishment, audits etc
  • Using the ServiceNow configuration management database for Newcastle based assets.
  • Coordination of local joiners, leavers, movers where a DS service or asset is involved
  • Contract Management for a subset of Digital Services contracts - supplier review meetings, performance management and contract renewals
  • Performing local digital activities requiring low level technical competence
  • Software Licencing management, evaluations, and renewal
  • Desktop Management
  • Procurement of technical equipment from suppliers
  • Project management of technical procurement projects
  • General office management and support
