Investor Relations Manager — Fully flexible remote
£50k to £55k plus benefits

Are you an IR professional with corporate access and roadshow experience looking for a remote role? A highly successful financial services firm is expanding its team and hiring for an Investor Relations Manager. The firm works with large US-listed businesses from the S&P 500, Nasdaq and Dow Jones to drive their UK and European investor relations.

The role is UK-based, fully remote with occasional travel to UK and European cities for roadshows and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Road shows: Organise and execute roadshows to present investment strategies, market insights, and performance updates to potential investors, and accompany C-Suite and IROs around Europe for in-person NDRs.
• Investor relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors and Europe’s buy-side community.
• Compliance: Support collation and preparation of documents such as presentations, pitches, RFCs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in investor relations, or a related field.
• Previous experience of managing roadshows and accompanying C-Suite and senior level executives.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
