Description

A single-family office is looking to hire an Investment Strategist to join their investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for producing macroeconomic analysis of global markets and cross-asset investment strategy research to support and challenge strategic and tactical investment decisions.
• Present regularly in investment strategy meetings providing insight on topics covering the global economy, markets, and tactical positioning.
• Advise on strategic investment allocation, tactical asset allocation, and portfolio construction.
• Conduct detailed manager research on public equity, fixed income, and hedge fund strategies.
• Monitor and provide constructive feedback on existing portfolios.
• Develop understanding of underlying company exposures and potential research of individual companies in existing portfolios.
• Produce high-quality monthly macro reports that explore both short-term and long-term investment themes and macro trends.

Minimum Requirements:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Keen interest in and understanding of global markets and macroeconomic issues.
• Broad understanding of all investment strategies and asset classes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who works in a collaborative manner.
