Recent joiner from a competitor: “At my previous company we had one person responsible for the vast majority of thought leadership and market updates. My mind was blown when I learned that at Aon we have dedicated teams of economists, risk settlement experts, a risk and modelling team and other specialist teams! As well as making us so much more dynamic when responding or anticipating market or industry events, it also gives colleagues great opportunities to specialise in different emerging areas.”
