Overview

Inventory Replenishment Coordinator
Location: NG2, Nottingham (Office-Based)
Salary: £12.21 - £13.24 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Friday (7:00-15:30, 8:00-16:30, 9:00-17:30, 10:00-18:30)
Flexibility required - occasional out-of-hours work due to global operations

About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Replenishment Coordinator to join a leading e-commerce company. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory across multiple global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are always in stock
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to replenish stock
  • Analyse sales and inventory data to forecast demand
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
  • Use data tools to prepare regular inventory reports and insights
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong Excel skills - including XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF/SUM formulas, and Power Query, etc.
  • Experience with Power BI for data reporting & analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying trends
  • Flexible with working hours (global operations sometimes require logging in out of office hours)
  • Previous experience in inventory, supply chain, or stock management is desirable but not essential
