Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, ideally 2 years in the intermediary mortgage market.
  • Understanding of competitor market across a range of segments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop long-lasting relationships with brokers to grow business.
  • Communicate effectively with brokers via phone and email.
  • Manage applications through to completion efficiently.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to achieve business objectives.
