Overview of the Role

The interior designer/decorator will be in charge of organising and carrying out the interior spaces of our construction projects, both aesthetically and functionally. Concept design, material selection, colour coordination, and decorative finishes that satisfy customer demands and complement the project’s overarching vision are all included in this. To create visually striking interior spaces, you will work directly with architects, project managers, and site crews.

Principal Duties

• Create precise plans and design concepts for interior finishes.
• Choose furnishings, colour palettes, surface treatments, and materials.
• Create CAD designs, mood boards, and visual presentations.
• Supervise and plan the installation of finishes and ornamental elements on the property.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to find décor pieces and materials.
• Verify that interior designs adhere to building, accessibility, and health and safety laws.
• Offer ornamental finishing services such feature details, painting, and wallpapering (where applicable).
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of tailored interior solutions.
