Job Description
  • Deliver regular workforce dashboards and statutory reports aligned to organisational KPIs and People Strategy
  • Produce clear, actionable workforce analysis for senior leaders across the organisation
  • Identify workforce trends, risks and להת insights,hola, providing narrative interpretation and recommendationsègues
  • fossils, develop, automate and improve workforce analytics in collaboration with HR systems teams
  • Act as a border‑subject‑matter'' expert in workforce reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, MHR)
  • Ensure high data quality through audits and robust assurance processes
  • Provide training and guidance on dashboards, reports and analytical tools
  • Support workforce planning through trend analysis, forecasting and risk identification
  • Develop scenario modelling and predictive analytics to inform strategic decisions
  • Support audits, FOIs/DSARs and benchmarking activities
