Job summary

A not-for-profit organisation is urgently seeking an experienced Interim People & Culture Advisor to focus on Change. The role, located in East London, requires hybrid working (2 days in the office) and offers a salary range of £41,000 to £43,500 per year, depending on experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in supporting change processes, strong knowledge of employment law, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This is a fixed-term salaried contract starting ASAP until March 2026.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience with organisational change processes in complex environments.
  • Ability to manage employee relations cases end-to-end.
  • Experience working to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance on change processes.
  • Support Change People Partners with organisational change.
  • Create solutions to problems without ready-made solutions.
