Cambian Dilston College is an independent specialist provider of further education in North East England, offering day and up to 52-week residential placements for young people aged 16-25 with a learning disability, autism and complex needs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and interested individual to work as part of the Occupational Therapy (OT) team and Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) team at Dilston College. This post will combine clinical and administrative support roles: you will work directly with individual Young People or with groups to deliver therapy programmes, under the direction of the senior OT or SaLT in the Educational and residential settings, and support the OT or SaLT in the assessment of young people\'s communication needs, functional skills, and report on individuals progress, provide support with resources for individuals and contribute to the development of the Communication and Sensory Environment. You will receive regular supervision and, as part of the Cambian Clinical Service, be eligible for training.
