Insurance Products Programme Manager - Outside IR35

Our client, a leading MGA insurer, is recruiting for a Programme Manager with strong business-facing skills to join the team on a contract basis at their offices in London.

Key experience:

  • Commercial Insurance experience in the Lloyds/London market, understanding the MGA model preferred
  • Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse groups
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, great presentation skills, outgoing personality, ability to create and maintain a strong network
  • Experience working with project teams including third parties, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Delivery Management, and Support staff
  • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven experience in tracking, recording, and reporting activities, progress, results, etc.; strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience in Programme Management and troubleshooting is essential
  • Experience collaborating at ‘C’ Suite level is essential
