What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee and schedule installation teams across multiple sites nationwide.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and travel to ensure seamless delivery of each project.
  • Carry out site visits to monitor quality and progress, addressing any issues swiftly.
  • Review joinery components prior to dispatch to ensure they meet design intent and site conditions.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor internal fitters and subcontractors.
  • Lead project debriefs and share lessons learned to continuously improve processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, site managers, and other trades.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
  • When required, work hands‑on fitting bespoke joinery such as doors, panelling, and architectural features.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing installation teams within bespoke joinery, interiors, or high‑end fit‑out.
  • Excellent understanding of joinery fitting techniques and site practices.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Calm and pragmatic when solving on‑site challenges.
  • Flexible to travel and work away from home during the week.
  • Proficient with digital tools for reporting and project tracking.
What’s On Offer
  • Salary from £45,000, dependent on experience.
  • BUPA cash plan, bonus holiday scheme, and loyalty rewards.
  • Opportunity to work on prestigious projects across the UK.
  • A company culture built on craftsmanship, teamwork, and pride in quality.
