Qualifications

  • Experience on various fire alarm panels such as Advanced and Fike.
  • Capability in fault-finding and remedial works.
  • Servicing knowledge of fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality installations for fire and security systems.
  • Undertake troubleshooting and support other engineers.
  • Identify potential remedial works as necessary.

Skills

Experience with Advanced, Fike, Kentec, Morley, EMS
Fault-finding and troubleshooting
Servicing basic fire alarm systems
Understanding of Intruder alarms and CCTV
Ability to work independently and in teams
Good timekeeping

Are you an Installation Engineer working with Advanced, Fike, Kentec, Morley, EMS?

Paying up to £50k

What can you expect as an employee:

The ideal candidate would have:
  • Have experience on Advanced, Fike, Kentec, Morley, EMS and other fire alarm panels addressable and wireless
  • Be able to undertake fault-finding, troubleshooting and remedial works / small works when no commissioning is to be done
  • Servicing of basic fire alarm systems
  • Have a basic understanding of Intruder alarms, AOVs, Emergency lights, Extinguishers and CCTV
  • Identify and document potential remedial works
  • The ability to oversee other engineers and support technically when needed.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • FIA Qualifications or similar standard are a must (Ideally in commissioning)
  • Self motivated individual, hard-working. Good timekeeping is essential.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
