You will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing strategies through data analysis and reporting. This role is based in Farnborough Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
Salary : 45000 - 50000 p.a. bonus
Reporting to the Digital Transformation Lead and Marketing Director this exciting new role will transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across our two exceptional brands Inghams and Santas Lapland. As the guardian of data you will ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms by engaging with stakeholders to understand key business objectives. Leveraging tools such as GA4 Funnel Glassbox Infinity Meta and Google Ads you will analyse multi-channel data build compelling visualisations develop forecasts to anticipate future trends and performance and clearly communicate insights that influence Marketing and Ecommerce strategies.
Work with cross-functional teams to align data integration and reporting to business priorities championing governance and data quality to maintain accuracy and trust in insights.
Be the go-to person for marketing and ecommerce analytics providing clarity insight and ad hoc support across the business.
