A global industrial manufacturer in the UK seeks an Inside Sales Specialist who will manage specific accounts with a focus on Clutches & Brakes products. The role involves developing client relationships, executing sales plans, and managing customer inquiries. Ideal candidates will have a background in B2B solutions selling and experience with Salesforce and SAP. The role requires travel up to 20%.
Under the direction of the Inside Sales & Powertrain Manager, the Inside Sales Specialist Clutches & Brakes is dedicated to specific accounts and is responsible for directing and executing sales plans/programs, with a strong focus on Clutches & Brakes products. The Inside Sales Specialist will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs. To enhance response time and customer experience, the Inside Sales Specialist will also manage front‑end customer care processes, including quotations and order entry.
Travel up to 20% is required.
