Main Purpose of the Inside Sales Executive :

An ambitious Salesperson to help drive business growth, develop client relationships and expand the companies market presence. This role requires a proactive sales approach, engaging with potential and existing clients to provide top-tier logistics solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive :
  • Build, develop, and manage a client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through lead generation, outreach and in-person meetings.
  • Present our logistics services to potential clients, highlighting value and securing long-term contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed sales records, tracking performance and pipelines.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Expand client portfolio and boost retention rates.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ensure accurate CRM data for seamless interdepartmental collaboration
To Be Considered for the Inside Sales Executive
  • Proven experience in sales, within logistics, transport, or a similar fast-paced environment - mainly in Sea (Import & Export), however experience in Air, Road, Warehousing all an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing client data and tracking sales performance.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to market shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong numerical, literacy, and communication skills
