Inside Sales Account Manager, Belfast

Up to £40k OTE + benefits

We are working with a successful IT & Telecoms provider to recruit for their new Inside Sales Account Manager, offering an OTE of up to £40k + benefits and progression opportunities. They are a leader in their field with their roots firmly in NI and have grown considerably over the years, with this growth they are seeking to recruit a confident ‘business to business Sales professional who will;

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacting existing customers via phone and email to sell new products and services
• Close deals to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual KPIs and Targets
• Work closely with our Sales Operations department to get sales across the line
• Gain a competitive understanding of the clients you are working with
• Maintaining customer data using in-house CRM
• Sales order qualification and processing on internal systems
• Handling and responding to customer queries
• All associated administration and customer service

What we are looking for

• Experienced in a similar role i.e. technology-based products / solution
• Strong communication skills and telephone manner
• Confident IT skills
