We're looking for nurses who are committed to providing patients with the best possible experience and treatment and who are ready to take on the challenge of helping us further develop our rehabilitation services.
Our rehabilitation unit is based at South Bristol Community Hospital. Unit 200 is a 30-bedded adult rehabilitation unit supporting the Pathway 2 acute discharge model.

You will be part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver individualised nursing and rehabilitation care with the shared goal of achieving the best outcomes for our patients.
Our patients present with a wide range of conditions, including stroke, orthopaedic, frail elderly, post-surgical cases, and long-term neurological conditions. We work closely with them to help achieve the highest level of personal independence prior to discharge.

The Unit Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients, ensuring the highest standards of patient-focused care. Patient safety, dignity, and respect are at the heart of everything we do.
