Job summary

A leading recruitment platform in London is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager. You will oversee projects including management of IT programmes, stakeholder relationships, and vendor management. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, particularly with ServiceNow, and excellent project management skills. Qualifications

Job description
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Overall programme/project management of all assigned IT programmes/projects including without limitation preparation of the project initiation document (PID), project plan (Gantt chart), project organisation chart, project budget application, quality management and system release documentation.
  • Work with business sponsors, PMO and HO liaison teams to build out business cases/ROI allowing for projects to be prioritised and launched with Head Office.
  • Ensure projects are tracked and delivered to meet business requirements, on time against project milestones and within approved budget.
  • Deployment and release coordination.
  • Preparation and reporting to Project Steering Committees, IT Senior Management and C-Suite level stakeholders where required for the project.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple offices and regions.
  • Managing internal and external resources in a matrix organisation project structure.
  • Vendor management including negotiating statements of work, contracts and service level agreements.

Identification and management of risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions ensuring the correct actions are taken and escalating when required

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in delivering IT projects/programmes.
  • Proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows and reporting capabilities
  • Relevant Project management qualification (APM, PMP etc).
  • Good understanding and experience of end-to-end project management methodologies including waterfall and agile (Scrum and Kanban ceremonies).
  • Sound knowledge of IT functions.
  • Understanding of financial market products.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision making skills.
