As an Information Security Compliance Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our security controls are effective, aligned with global standards, and ready for audit-reducing risk and strengthening trust across our digital ecosystem.
What You'll Do
This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career in cybersecurity while making a meaningful impact. You'll support the implementation and monitoring of security controls, manage compliance programs, and help drive risk mitigation initiatives across a complex, global business. The role would be a mix of home & office working (on a weekly basis).
Key responsibilities include:
Compliance Reviews: Plan and execute assessments to ensure alignment with frameworks like ISO27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials+, and PCI-DSS.
Risk & Exception Management: Track and report on risks, manage exceptions, and support SART processes.
Audit Readiness: Support certification efforts and incident recovery processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve documentation, processes, and control effectiveness.
Security Operations Support: Contribute to broader security initiatives and gain exposure to defensive tooling and incident response.
What You Bring
Essential:
1-2 years of experience in an information security or IT role, ideally within GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance).
Certifications such as Security+, CEH, or CySA+.
Working knowledge of IT security controls and risk frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, SOC2, PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials Plus).
Experience conducting control assessments and working with compliance frameworks.
Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexibly.
Desirable:
Experience with audit/compliance tools and risk assessment methodologies.
Familiarity with security tools like Defender, Sentinel, Tenable, and CASB.
Additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO27001 Implementor/Auditor).
Broader analyst experience across IT or business projects.
