The ideal candidate will have significant customer service experience, strong team leadership skills, and a proactive mindset. As Information Hub Supervisor at our client, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, first-line service for students and staff. Managing the Information Hub, you’ll ensure it operates as a ‘one-stop shop’ for all campus queries, providing an exceptional level of customer service. You’ll also oversee a team of Information Hub Assistants, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to support the university community effectively.
