Your role and responsibilities
- Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams.
- Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.
- Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.
- Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.
- You are highly skilled in Sales & Business development across the Chemicals, Oil & Gas markets.
- You have established skills, and the ability to demonstrate your experience in Sales and Business Development. You have extensive experience working as a sales leader with technology products and solutions (preferably Drives and Motors).
- You are passionate about the sales process providing customers with the highest levels of customer experience.
- Preferably Degree qualified or relevant industry experience.
- You are at ease communicating in English, comprehension of other European languages is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Business Development in technology products and solutions, preferably Drives and Motors, with leadership experience.
- Strong ability to analyze market information and customer needs to define sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other European languages is beneficial.
- Degree qualification or relevant industry experience preferred.
