Industrial Relations Manager

A Tier 1 contractor is seeking an Industrial Relations Manager to support a long term nuclear infrastructure project in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing delivery team on a complex and high profile programme.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead on industrial relations matters across the project
  • Act as the main point of contact for workforce engagement and labour relations
  • Support site management teams with grievance resolution and dispute avoidance
  • Advise on employment practices, compliance and workforce policies
  • Build strong working relationships with operatives, project teams and external stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting on workforce trends and IR activities
Requirements
  • Previous experience in industrial relations within construction or major infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of workforce relations and dispute resolution
  • Confident communicator able to influence and advise across multiple teams
  • Ability to build trust and provide clear, practical guidance

Ability to obtain security clearance or already hold clearance
