At Sizewell C (SZC) we're looking for an Independent Technical Advisor/Liaison Committee Lead to join our Economic Regulatory and Requirements Assurance Function. This is a unique opportunity to shape a critical function within a regulated environment, ensuring our compliance and assurance frameworks meet the highest standards. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our compliance and assurance frameworks meet the highest standards in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead engagement with the Independent Technical Advisor (ITA), managing contracts and performance.
  • Establish and oversee the Liaison Committee in line with the SZC Liaison Agreement.
  • Develop and implement economic regulatory compliance frameworks and policies.
  • Provide expert guidance on economic regulation across the business.
  • Collaborate with finance and reporting teams to ensure accurate regulatory submissions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in economic regulation, ideally within the RAB model.
  • Strong compliance background - government, regulatory services, or finance preferred.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, including executive and board level.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders and assurance providers.
