A local authority in England is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in a pivotal role supporting care experienced young adults. The responsibilities include reviewing pathway plans and ensuring the necessary support is provided for children transitioning to adulthood. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children in care and be knowledgeable about pathway planning. This part-time position offers a salary between £47,181 and £50,269 annually, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to evidence working with children in care and supporting their transitions to adulthood alongside supporting care experienced young adults and have extensive knowledge of the pathway planning process.
In reviewing pathway planning it will take into consideration key legislation and policies in line with transitioning to adulthood and understanding the role of a corporate parent.
Hours: 22 per week
Market Supplement for this role is as below
HBC10: £8,420 per annum FTE (pro-rata for part time workers)
