Qualifications

• Current relevant occupational competence within the workplace for at least 2 years.
• Experience in leading meetings/structured interviews/discussions.
• Evidence of commitment to maintaining CPD in line with apprenticeship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess the performance of candidates according to published criteria.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy of EPA reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pearson’s assessment activities.

Skills

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of associated apprenticeship standards

Ability to assess free from bias

Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice

Education

Hold or working towards a qualification to undertake assessment

English & Math at Level 2
