A leading social housing organization in Tewkesbury is seeking an experienced Income Management Officer. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, provide tailored advice on financial challenges, and ensure tenancy sustainment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of housing law and a track record in income recovery. Contract: 6-month Fixed-term
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday)
Workstyle: Roaming - a mix of working from home and office
Other requirements: Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
