A further education college in Weybridge is looking for a full-time Inclusion Mentor to support at-risk learners by developing tailored intervention plans and providing one-on-one mentoring. This role enhances learning experiences, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships. Inclusion Mentor – 37 hours per week. Employed for 39 weeks per year – £26,322.70 FTE (actual £22,241.00 – BRK23), based at Weybridge Campus.

The Inclusion Mentor will be based on site at our Weybridge Campus and will be required to support and facilitate working as part of a team. This job role is full-time, working on site, at the college, and is not suitable for home‑working. The postholder will play a proactive role in the delivery of Brooklands Technical College’s strategic aims and core organisational values to Care, Inspire, Collaborate and Champion.
