Responsibilities

• You'll be supervising the team responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to Sainsbury's store, but you'll also be carrying out some cleaning tasks yourself.
• Support with recruiting and training your Cleaning team, planning their rotas and work patterns, and completing their timesheets so that they get paid correctly.
• Maintain flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.
• Monitor and manage Health & Safety on site, not just for yourself but for all others on site; provide and utilise the equipment and support needed.

Qualifications / Experience

• To be successful in this role you'll be an experienced team manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, with experience of cleaning.
• Experience in stock management and time recording.
• Experience dealing with employee relations matters such as investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
