Job summary

A leading special education provider in the UK is seeking a Recruiter to manage recruitment campaigns and enhance team recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children's education and care, with at least 6 months of recruiting experience. Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or agency.
  • Hands-on experience with attraction and sourcing techniques is valued.
  • Ability to relate to a range of different audiences is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage recruitment campaigns from attraction to onboarding.
  • Directly source and headhunt talent using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines aligning with growth demands.
