To continue supporting next‑generation missile systems and international customers, we are seeking experienced Integrated Logistic Support Managers. These professionals will ensure systems are supported, sustained, and ready throughout their operational lifecycle.

The Role

As an Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Manager within the Customer Support division, you will bridge engineering, logistics, and programme delivery. You’ll strategically lead support solutions across supply chains and customer interfaces, ensuring availability, reliability, and operational success.

You’ll oversee support modelling, risk management, and predictive logistics analysis to inform key decisions. Collaboration drives success in this role – expect to work cross‑functionally with design engineers, suppliers, and global customers to deliver excellence in through‑life support.

You will
  • Develop and manage ILS plans ensuring alignment with project objectives and performance metrics.
  • Lead strategic planning across logistics, maintenance, and supply support functions.
  • Apply predictive and reliability‑centred maintenance models to forecast sustainment needs.
  • Prioritise multiple workstreams, balancing cost, performance, and delivery schedules.
  • Engage directly with customer stakeholders to resolve issues and improve supportability outcomes.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) or similar defence support roles.
  • Broad‑based engineering background; degree in a technical or numerate discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge of weapon system support models and logistics principles.
  • Understanding of predictive or data‑driven logistics modelling techniques.
  • Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
  • Eligibility for HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks.
  • British citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship (mandatory).
