Job description
Overview

At Evelyn Partners you will be supported to grow personally and professionally. We also have a team of experienced Investment Managers and Financial Advisers with whom you will have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week after probation.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the aligned FPs to deliver excellent client outcomes, build relationships and maintain regular contact.
  • Onboard clients, process new business, and prepare meeting packs and valuations (as required).
  • Complete application forms and paperwork – invoices & withdrawals, letters of authority, and client servicing or client queries.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities (e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable).
  • Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations.
  • Maintain back‑office systems and client records in line with company policies.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience or currently working for an IFA in the wealth‑management industry (ideally a minimum of two years).
  • Client‑facing experience dealing with HNW clients and the ability to use judgement & reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
  • Experience with financial products: ISAs, pensions, SIPPs, SSAS, offshore bonds.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to fully plan workload, display excellent organisational skills, work under pressure, and prioritise work.
  • Excellent standard of education (degree qualified but not essential); interested in further development through additional qualifications.
