ICT System Support Administrator (Support) - fixed term until 01/09/2026

Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT System Support Administrator to join our ICT System Support team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for ICT queries via our Service Desk. In this role, you will handle day-to-day support requests, including account management, password resets, mobile device support, and basic system administration tasks. You\'ll help ensure that our ICT systems remain secure, up-to-date, and compliant, while delivering excellent service to colleagues across the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for ICT queries via the Service Desk.
  • Handle day-to-day support requests, including account management, password resets, and mobile device support.
  • Carry out basic system administration tasks to keep ICT systems secure, up-to-date and compliant.
  • Deliver excellent service to colleagues across the organisation.
Requirements / Preconditions
  • This position is subject to Basic Disclosure check.
  • Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required and must be deemed satisfactory along with an unconditional offer of employment.
