• Demonstrated ability to define and architect technical solutions and develop comprehensive documentation.
• Excellent consultancy skills with a proven track record of working effectively with clients, especially within insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and project execution.
