Job summary

A local government authority in Greater London seeks a School HR Partner for a hybrid role. The position involves providing comprehensive HR services to schools, managing Employee Relations matters such as disciplinaries and grievances, and facilitating change management processes. Candidates should have experience in HR generalist functions and training delivery. This is initially a temporary contract for 6 months with potential for extension or permanency.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in managing performance and absence-related issues.
  • Experience handling complex Employee Relations cases.
  • Experience in change management including restructure and TUPE.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full generalist HR service to schools and trusts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school leaders and governing bodies.
  • Deliver HR training and develop training materials.
