Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in probate and estate administration.
• Confident handling a broad range of estate matters including IHT and Court of Protection work.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced locum role.

Responsibilities

• Managing a busy caseload of probate matters including simple estates and more complex high-value estates involving IHT.
• Preparing and submitting probate applications and inheritance tax returns.
• Liaising with HMRC, banks, executors, beneficiaries and other third parties.
• Handling some Court of Protection work relating to capacity and deputyship.
• Ensuring compliance with professional, regulatory and internal standards.
