Overview

Functional Assessor (WCA) – Location: Derry/L\'Derry

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, flexible start time)

Salary: Full time - £38,500 - £39,500 + Significant overtime bonus (up to £55k per year)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments - 90 minutes per case (including time for report writing).
• Write clear, evidence-based reports (400-500 words), 5 per day + optional overtime.
• Provide detailed justifications to support NIDFC decisions.

Overtime incentive

• £50 per case
