A leading HVAC company in the UK is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will manage a team and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in project management, particularly with HVAC systems such as AHUs and chillers. The position offers a competitive salary with bonuses and the flexibility of working 50% from home and 50% on-site.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing a team of engineers directly.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and MS Projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to handover, including site visits.
• Negotiate and purchase materials, supervise labour, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead a team of installation engineers and subcontractors.
