Responsibilities

• Conducting building services asset surveys across a variety of building types.
• Producing detailed technical reports and specifications for customers.
• Assessing asset condition and recommending works for compliance and maintenance.
• Interrogating technical information for KPI reporting.
• Creating technical drawings and supporting regulatory compliance.

Skills

Ability to work independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In-depth understanding of building services and regulations

Experience producing technical reports and specifications

Knowledge of compliance standards

Education

Degree or HND in Building Services or similar

Membership of a relevant professional institute
