Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation for M&E systems.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and variations.
• Monitor project budgets, financial performance, and cashflow.
• Provide commercial advice and risk management support to clients.
• Work closely with design and delivery teams.
