Job summary

A growing organization in High Wycombe is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee the transition of payroll from an external provider to an in-house function. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of payroll management experience and be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 360 employees, ensuring statutory compliance, and system implementation. This role requires a strong communicator and leader who can manage payroll policies and procedures effectively.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in payroll management or senior payroll role.
  • Proven experience transitioning payroll from external to in-house.
  • End-to-end UK payroll expertise including compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transition of payroll to an in-house function.
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 360 employees.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and regulations.
