Job summary

A leading mobile infrastructure company in the UK is seeking an experienced H&S Incident Response Manager. This hybrid role involves managing incident and issue response across the organization, ensuring alignment with policies and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in best practices for incident management, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. The position requires at least two days per week in the Central Reading office, fostering a collaborative environment that embraces diversity and inclusion.

  • Maintain quality assurance through structured governance.
  • Identify learning opportunities and propose recommendations.
  • Act as the conduit for incident-related communication.
  • Support harmonisation of incident management processes.
  • Provide insights and trend analysis for governance.
  • Oversee working groups for health and safety improvements.
  • Contribute to improvement plans and monitor progress.
  • Support business continuity planning and testing.
