Job summary

A leading recruitment agency based in Northwest Leeds is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to provide HR support in a dynamic environment. This full-time role includes overseeing the onboarding process, maintaining employee records, and managing HR queries. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete onboarding process for new employees.
  • Create and maintain accurate electronic employee records.
  • Manage SharePoint data for accuracy feeding into dashboards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding HR queries.
  • Administer offboarding process for leavers in line with payroll deadlines.
  • Handle changes to terms and conditions of employment.
