• Lead design, tendering and contract management of frameworks.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership to the Frameworks Team.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver value-driven outcomes.
• Monitor performance and analyze results.

Skills

Experience developing and managing strategic procurement frameworks within the public sector

Understanding of procurement regulations and best practice

Ability to deliver commercial value and drive business growth

Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders

Strong influencing and problem-solving skills

Financially aware, experience tracking and reporting on KPIs

CIPS qualified
